5 young Neuchâtel graffiti artists Pauline Allisson, Philippe Bovet, Julien Matthey, Julien Elzingre and Romain Mast, in collaboration with the Parlament des jeunes Neuchâtelois and Expo.02, have replaced the old graffiti on the ring-shaped building around the Palais de l'Equilibre with new ones.
