The Human Powered Mobility (HPM) project was one of the offerings in the area of new mobility at CIM.02 Biel-Bienne. Anyone who wanted to be independently mobile could use one of the HPM vehicles. During the opening hours of CIM.02 Biel-Bienne, the electric vehicles could be borrowed free of charge for 1 to a maximum of 32 hours. On special occasions, the vehicles could also be rented at the Gassmann site and the Gas site.
