500 round tube chairs with blue plastic seats and backrests were distributed throughout the Arteplage Biel-Bienne site, with additional chairs set up in the outdoor areas of restaurants. The chair is called StiMax and was designed by Walter Brand in 1967. It was newly produced by the Swiss company Moobel GmbH, from which Expo.02 rented the chairs.
