At the heart of the concept was the CIM.02 (Centre d'Information sur la Mobilité) in Terminal B between the station exit to Robert-Walser-Platz and the entrance to the Arteplage Biel-Bienne. The CIM.02, which was open daily from nine in the morning until seven in the evening, provided information on everything from train and bus connections to tourist offers, bicycle courier services and flight schedules.

Throughout Expo.02, the stage operated by Canal 3 in Terminal B hosted a wide variety of events. The B-Events took place daily from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and were designed to reflect the cultural, economic, political and social life of the region.
