The Restaurant des Jeunes Rives at the end of the Arteplage Neuchâtel, behind the Ferris wheel, was less smartly decorated, but also offered massages (on loungers, by reservation) and excellent value for money with its daily special for CHF 14.00, including a drink.

The Restaurant des Jeunes Rives was also the Arteplage staff restaurant. Every Expo.02 employee had a symbol on their badge which gave them a CHF 6.00 discount in the staff restaurants. The employees of the official Expo.02 partners had an individual voucher system, which the Expo.02 partners negotiated directly with the individual restaurateurs in the staff restaurants.
